The Madrona has been around since 1881. You can feel the age of this place and with it comes an atmosphere that's equal parts romantic and elegant. I especially like the dappled light pouring through the ancient oaks and the panoramic views of the distant mountains. This wasn't my first time shooting at The Madrona, but it had been a while, so I was excited to return.  Matt and Brett are good friends of mine, so I couldn't really say no when they asked me to be their wedding photographer. I loved watching them tie the knot and it was an honor to provide these photos for them. I shot with a combination of 35mm and digital cameras, so expect lots of fun film grain and intentional light bleeds. At night, I busted out a couple RGB lights and got a little experimental to capture some photos that match the couple's playful personality.
